The Team BOC crew had a busy Sunday morning. The boys were up early and on the road from Albury to deliver the Team BOC Commodore to the Avalon Airport for the trip to the Middle East. After arriving at Avalon, the race transporter parked inside one of the airports huge hangers. The Team BOC crew were joined by all of the other Melbourne based teams who were also unloading cars and gear.
The crew unloaded the Team BOC Commodore along with spare engines, gearboxes, front bumper bars and telemetry masts. The cars were positioned onto the specially built skids and securely strapped down. The remaining spares were packed into cargo containers ready to be loaded onto the 747.
